About the company

HVAC-Projekt is a Building Services Engineering operation providing Design and Consultancy support and solutions on all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical, Air Conditioning and Public Health Services. It was first established in Gdansk in 2003 and since that time has expanded with offices in Warsaw and London (UK). Its operating platform is to produce an ever improving standard of quality far exceeding its clients expectations. These were the concept values instigated from the beginning and remain just as solid today.
From the very outset the emphasis in offering high levels of technical knowledge from its engineers was paramount to its long term vision. This was achieved by adopting and investing early in the industry’s most up to date design software, for which the training skills needed to be developed then, are to our successful advantage now. It is with this knowledge and our experience in the daily use of these design tools where we are looking to develop further as a team, as a business and broaden our reputation within the industry.

Our awareness and encouragement of energy efficiencies, sustainability and extended life cycles are an integral philosophy when undertaking any of our design strategies. Having been part of a wider variety of projects in other parts of the European Community we feel we are uniquely placed in working with some of the highest in building standards available.

With a continuing momentum to offer the evolving range of services, we now add contract Estimating, benefiting from a wealth of experience gained from many years operating in the British market.  The new service can work in conjunction with our own design team, or as entirely independent function to provide a dedicated costing service to both existing and new clients.
